It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Element 3: Evaluating the alignment against the solution scope
This element is about ensuring that the solution that is delivered benefits the stakeholder and aligns with the stakeholder requirements. If it is determined that the requirement or the solution features are not aligned to the business needs, the respective requirement should be eliminated or the solution scope should be changed.
The purpose of this element is to ensure that the requirement delivers the required benefits to the stakeholder.
