Case study 1 – Global online platform
You are on a brand new project. No requirements exist yet; the initiative is still at an idea stage. The idea is to implement an online storefront similar to the Amazon platform, but with the main difference of selling services rather than products. You are part of a global organization with offices in 13 countries. As part of your elicitation activities, you have to elicit requirements from stakeholders across all offices. You have a limited budget and only have 2 months to finish all the elicitation activities required, as well as getting stakeholder requirements approved.
