Element 3: Enterprise readiness assessment

The enterprise readiness assessment is about the activities performed to determine whether an organization has the capacity and ability to accept the change being proposed, as well as whether the organization will be able to sustain the solution and realize value from the solution. This is an important assessment to do in order to facilitate a successful project outcome.
