I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Element 3: Collaboration
The key to successful stakeholder collaboration is for the business analyst to work closely with the stakeholder in a way that makes them feel important, valued, and involved in a worthwhile endeavor. It is important for the business analyst to encourage two-way communication in an environment that is open to new ideas, suggestions for improvements, or any innovations. The business analyst needs to create a routine of frequent and easy-flowing communication channels between the stakeholders and the business analysis team.
