Different types of assessment measures can be applied to determine the quality of the performance of business analysis within a project or environment. Just as with any measure, there are tangible and intangible ways that performance can be measured. It is not always very easy to identify true quantitative measures in terms of business analysis work outputs, but some ideas could include adhering to project time frames or the number of reviews required before being able to finalize specific artifacts.
