There are four main types of requirements. These are fundamental to business analysis and require you to fully understand each classification entirely. They include business requirements, stakeholder requirements, solution requirements, and transition requirements. Solution requirements is also further defined into two subtypes: functional requirements and non-functional requirements, or quality of service requirements. You are now able to articulate the different types of requirements classifications and recognize each type when reviewing real-world examples.
