Note that the difference between the answer types “Multiple choice” and “Checkboxes” is that the latter
allows for multiple selections to be made all at once (“Multiple choice” only allows a single selection). Another
answer type called “Choose from a list” is similar to the “Multiple choice” type, except that it displays a
collapsed combo box, thereby saving some space in the form.
Add as many questions and answers as you like—including free-form answers—and progress to
the next step by hitting the “Next, choose recipients” button. You can now provide a list of people to
send this survey to and click “Invite people”; recipients will see your form right in their email body.
For the purpose of this hack, however, the goal is to include the survey on your site. To include it, rst
right-click the link “Go to live form” in the form editor window and copy its URL to your clipboard.

Google Analytics and other number-crunching statistic programs already tell you a lot about your
