Wouldn’t it be nice to access your mail wherever you are? Online
applications are made for this.
You don’t necessarily need a notebook and Wi-Fi to access your email on the go (in a train, at the
shore, on the bus). Your mobile phone may let you access Gmail, either through its built-in web
browser or through support for Java applications. And if your monthly cellular plan gives you
access to mobile data for a reasonable metered price (per KB or MB) or better yet, your plan allows
unlimited data access, you have several options to add Gmail to your phone.
Cellular data plans are either unlimited or billed on a per-KB basis. If you are unsure of what cellular data plan
you have, be sure to check with your cellular carrier before trying this hack. Be careful using any cell phone
application that accesses the Web, as it is possible to rack up large charges if you have not set up an affordable
cellular data plan.
The Gmail web site allows you to choose between two different main avors: an advanced version
