brick surface. The trademark Panera fi replace is freestanding with perimeter

bricks remaining exposed and intact. It is like typical Panera restaurant is juxta-

posed in a historical ambience. Standard specifi ed lighting package was used but

hanging from exposed conduit and hangers to keep the ceiling space open. The

exposed heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning system gives a historical look

to the restaurant (Field, 2008).
