ticularly in situations which have latent circumstances. In most crises, dam-
age control becomes very necessary. All of these actions require effective and
timely communication. During crisis communication the organization’s rep-
resentative(s) should be or appear to be in control. A focus on work will help
not only to keep production going but will also build interpersonal bonds that
are so direly needed during times of crises.
