Dual concept refers to franchising of two different concepts and brands
at one location; Multiple concept refers to several concepts at one particular
location; and co-branding term is used when more than one brand exists at
one location. Co-branding or dual branding is successful where there is a good
synergy between two or more concepts, such as breakfast and lunch business,
cold and hot food items, burgers and Mexican foods, and fi sh and chicken
