From your browser of choice, which is Firefox for me, head over to https://hub.docker.com.

You'll be greeted by a page that looks like the following:

There's something of an implication here, which is the section entitled New to Docker?. There's no need to create a Docker ID to get started, despite what the first sentence there might suggest. You may find it handy to do so, and you may even have good reason to create an ID, but there's absolutely no need to do so initially (at least not at the time of writing...).

Instead, use the search bar at the top of the screen, and type redis:
