Basic Nginx configuration

Heading on to our Debian server now, we're going to have a look at the default Nginx page that we can see when we visit http://127.0.0.1:8181/, and we're going to replace this text with our own message.

Nginx, as we stated previously, is growing in popularity. It has become the go-to web server because of its ease-of-use and flexibility when required—not that this is a marketing pitch; they're both open source and free.
