Listing, creating, and selecting databases and tables

Some people find it easier to remember Postgres commands and syntax compared to MariaDB and MySQL. Personally, I always have to look them up, which results in liberal use of \?, which drops you into the help menu.

Starting at the basics, use \l to list all databases that Postgres manages:
