I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
157 Polymer Composites
Polymer composites are materials that are obtained by reinforcing the polymer matrix with suitable reinforcement (fibers/particulate).
Polymer composites can be categorized into two main types: advanced composites and engineering composites. The main differences between the advanced and engineering composites are typically cost and performance.
Applications:
Polymer composites are used in every area of human activities without exception, some of which are in transportation, civil construction, biomedical, military, sport and leisure, food and packaging, and electrical and electronics.
