So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Why You Don’t Want Just a Wireless Trigger
You can buy inexpensive wireless triggers (like the Cactus triggers you see above, which run around $60 for the pair), which use a real RF (radio frequency) wireless transmitter system, and they will definitely fire your flashes wirelessly every time. However, they don’t let you control the brightness of your flash from right on top of your camera.
