You’ll need to make the light soft and beautiful, so put a softbox in front of your flash. I generally go with a Westcott Rapid Box 26" Octa, if I’m just shooting one person on location and a mostly-from-the-waist-up kinda shot. If I need to cover more area (like 2/3 of my subject), they make a bigger version called the Westcott 32" Rapid Box Duo Speedlite Modifier, which can use up to two flashes, but I only use one, especially for indoor shoots like this.
