So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Mounting Second Flashes: Tether Tools RapidMount SLX with RapidStrips
This one (from Tether Tools) is one of the “new kids on the block,” but what makes it different, and really handy, is that it lets you stick a flash right to all sorts of things. It uses these specially designed, pressure-activated adhesive strips (called “RapidStrips”) that attach a small plastic holder directly to things like “drywall, painted walls, veneer, glass, mirror, laminate, fiberglass, metal, tile, porcelain, and marble,” but when you remove the holder, it doesn’t peel off paint or leave behind a sticky residue.
