The Stop Grant State

From the Normal state when the chipset asserts STPCLK# to the processor.
From the Halt Grant Snoop state after the snoop of another FSB agent's memory transaction has been completed.
From the AutoHalt Power Down state when the chipset asserts STPCLK# to the processor while the processor is in the AutoHalt Power Down state.
