만족한 고객을 만드는 것은 고객을 만족시키는 것과 다르다. 고객을 만족시키기
는 쉽다. 공짜로 퍼주기만 하면 그만이다. 하지만 그렇게 해서는 비즈니스 모델이
기능하지 않는다. 만족한 고객을 만든다는 것은 단순히 고객을 기분 좋게 만드는
것이 아니라, 고객이 성과 (원하는 결과 )를 낼 수 있도록 돕는 것이다.
