I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

と言ったあとすぐに会話が続くと、ユーザーに故障かと思われてしまうからだ。遅延
時間を予想するときは、その予想を裏切ってはいけない。
音声認識処理をしている最中に遅延が発生することもある。多くのデバイスが、ウェ
イクワードの認識には高速なローカル処理を使用し、それ以外の音声をクラウドに
送って処理している。

曖昧さの回避
ユーザーが提供した情報が不完全でシステムが行動を起こすのに十分ではないこと
がある。たとえば、「スプリングフィールドの天気は？」というように、ユーザーは
複数存在する地名の天気を知りたがるかもしれない。
可能であれば既知情報に基づいて答えを決定し、ユーザーに尋ねないで済ませる。
Amazon Echo
は、設定手順の中でユーザーのホーム位置を指定させる。このため、「天
気はどう？」と尋ねると、
Alexa
は自動的に地元の気象情報を提供する。ホーム位置
情報は、ユーザーが地元以外の天気を知りたいときにも利用できる。たとえば、「ス
