火が通ったら、ジャガイモをフォークの背でつぶせ
るくらいの大きさに刻む。つぶしながら以下を混ぜ
合わせる。
□ サワークリーム：カップ1/2（120ml）
□ 牛乳：カップ1/3（80ml）
□ バター：小さじ4（20g）
□ 細かく刻んだ新鮮なローズマリーの葉：小さじ2
（2g）
□ 塩：小さじ1/4（1g）（ふたつまみ）
□ 挽いたコショウ：小さじ1/4（0.5g）

◎ピリッとした味が好きなら、牛乳をプレーンヨー
グルトに変えてみよう。
◎ジャガイモの種類によって、デンプンの含有量は
異なる。デンプン質を多く含む品種（茶色くて皮が
