バターを塗り広げる。
ふき取る：ペーパータオルでフライパンの表面のバ
ターをふき取り、ほとんど乾いているように見える
ほど、非常に薄くバターをコーティングする。
注ぐ：片手で生地を注ぎながら、もう一方の手でフ
