I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

するノートを参照してほしい）。
しかし、ガーリックとバターでも平均以下のパンを
救うことはできない。スーパーマーケットのパン（食
料品店チェーンで焼かれたもの）は、本物のパン屋
のパンには及ぶべくもない。可能であれば、まずす
ばらしいパンを手に入れてほしい。
にんにくをたくさんみじん切りにする（にんにく絞
りは使わないこと！）。にんにく

ない。本物のにんにく愛好家なら、もっとたくさん
欲しいところかもしれない。にんにくを小さなボウ
ルに移して、以下の材料を加える。
□ 室温に戻したバター（または溶かしバター）：大
さじ4（60g）
□ オリーブオイル：大さじ2（30ml）
□ 海塩またはガーリックソルト：小さじ1/2（有塩
バターを使う場合は省く）
□ 刻んだ新鮮なパセリ：大さじ2〜4（10〜20g）
□ 砕いた赤トウガラシ：スプーン1〜2杯（オプション）
