Command Bar Versus Ribbon Bar

The Ribbon bar that was used in earlier versions (and is still in use in the Outlook interface for CRM 2013) is gone in the native web client for Dynamics CRM 2013. Instead, it is replaced with a Command bar across the top. Figure 2.4 shows the Command bar on the Account page.

Note

The Command bar shown in Figure 2.4 is for the Account record. The Command bar is contextual, and it differs depending on what type of record you’re working with.
