Business Process Flows

Business Process Flows (BPFs) are a new process type in CRM 2013 that provides visual presentation of processes in CRM. Business users can create efficient and streamlined business processes that let end users know where they are and what to do next with current record to reach a conclusion. Users can the see the BPF control at the top of the entity records (see Figure 22.17).
