Adding a New Activity Directly to a Record

When working directly with a record, users have the option of adding new Activities directly to the record on the main entity page under Activities.

For our example, we’re going to select a sample Account record, and on the record (as shown in Figure 7.10), we have the option to add new Activity records. The nice thing about these records is that they are streamlined and allow for quick creation directly on the record with the relationship already set (unlike new + records).
