The other service reference necessary for a custom application is the Organization Service.

Adding a Service Reference
To add a service reference for this service, go to Visual Studio 2012. Then, using the new console application project you created, right-click the project name in the Solution Explorer and choose Add Service Reference from the menu. Enter the URL of the Organization Service, click Go, and then enter XrmSdk in the Namespace field (see Figure 24.5).
