Connections
Connections are used to build commonality between objects in the system.
Note
Relationships (the precursor to Connections) were to have been deprecated, but you can still find them in the system. That said, be sure to use connections, and not relationships, going forward.
Connections (as the name implies) are the connections or relationships between one entity and another. Connections are established via connection roles. Connection roles are found in Settings > Business Management (see Figure 13.20).
Connection roles are flexible and by no means limited to the roles that come out of the box.
