Marketing Lists are great tools for managing marketing efforts. You can use Marketing Lists to create a list of members that will receive the marketing material. The members can be made up of either existing customers (Accounts or Contacts) or potential customers (Leads). There is no way to prepare a single Marketing List for both existing and potential customers; so if you need to do so, consider creating two or more Marketing Lists.
After they’re created, you can directly market to Marketing Lists via a Mail Merge, a Quick Campaign, or a Campaign.
