Microsoft Dynamics CRM Clients
With a fully functional web browser interface as well as the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Outlook client, users can choose how they want to work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Regardless of which client you choose to work with, the CRM website should be added as a trusted site on the client computers to avoid any security messages or a prompt for authentication. To do this, complete the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Control Panel by going to Start > Control Panel.
2. Launch Internet Options.
3. Select the Security tab.
4. Click Trusted Sites; then click the Sites button.
5. On the Trusted Sites dialog page, enter the URL to your CRM website. Be sure to include the http:// or https:// if your server uses a secure (SSL) ...
