Teams

The concept of teams in Microsoft Dynamics CRM is designed around the idea that members of a team can share records that members wouldn’t ordinarily have access to. An example of this is users in different business units who belong to the same team. These users could view records across the business units by sharing them. Figure 12.71 shows the Team interface found in Settings > Administration.
