Business Closures

Business Closures are useful for managing service Activities. A user cannot schedule Activities during a time when a Business Closure is designated unless the Do Not Observe option is selected. (The Do Not Observe option is selected when working with Resources and setting up Work Hour schedules.)

When creating the Business Closure, you have the option to create it as a full-day, multiple-day, or part-of-the-day event (see Figure 12.4).
