It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
LAUNCHES OF TRANSFORMATION
The process for CES had four launches: pre-launch; Launch 1 (alignment of the core leadership team that sets direction for the organization), Launch 2 (20 percent of the organization participating in four large group interactive events or waves); and Launch 3 (evaluation and sustainability planning for the ongoing change) (see Figure 38.1). This section describes the launches and the transformation process.
