GUIDELINES FOR THE CLOSING PROCESS
A simple but useful process for closure is having the client and the consultant reflect on a few simple questions. We have found it useful to share these questions in advance and then meet with our clients in a conducive environment where we can take the time to reflect and talk about the questions. The more we make the closing clear, the more impact we experience. Sometimes we talk about the questions over a meal. Sometimes we may share symbols or tokens to remember our work together with a photo of the team or some other small reminder of our work together.
