Billie T. Alban, M.F.A. ([e-mail]), is president of Alban & Williams, Ltd. Billie teaches in executive development programs at Columbia and other universities. Her consulting has focused on organization change. Billyie speaks fluent Spanish and has consulted in Latin America, Europe, the UK, and New Zealand. She has served on the board of the Organization Development Network and the board of advisors of the Yale University Divinity School. Her writing includes many articles and two books with Barbara Bunker: Large Group Intervention and The Handbook of Large Group Methods (Jossey-Bass, 1997 and 2006).
