It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

- これまで作ったインクリメントに追加したり変更したりした結果、リリース候補となっているプロダクト全体のこと
- 開発チーム（チーム）
- リリース可能なインクリメントをスプリントの終わりまでに進化的に開発を進める責務を負う人たちのグループ
- 開発標準
- 開発チームがリリース可能なプロダクトのインクリメントをスプリントの終わりまでに開発するのに必要だと認識した標準とプラクティスのセット
- 「完成」の定義
- プロダクトインクリメントがリリース可能となるために、満たすべき品質の期待のセット。プロダクトがユーザーにリリース可能なことを示す
- 経験主義
- 観測された結果、経験、実験にもとづいて判断を下すプロセス制御の型。経験主義は、定期的に検査と適応をするために透明性を必要とする。経験的プロセス制御とも呼ばれる
- 障害
- 開発チームの開発作業を遅くしたり止めたりする障害や妨げになるもので、開発チームの自己組織化では解決できないもの。遅くともデイリースクラムで共有されなければいけない。スクラムマスターが障害の除去の説明責任を負う
- スクラム［名詞］
- （1）複雑なプロダクトを届けるためのシンプルなフレームワーク。（2）複雑な課題に取り組むためのシンプルなフレームワーク
- スクラムチーム
- プロダクトオーナー、開発チーム、スクラムマスターを組み合わせた説明責任のこと

- スクラムフレームワークの基礎となる5つの基本的な価値と品質のこと。確約、集中、公開、尊敬、勇気
- スクラムマスター
- スクラムの環境を整える責任を負う人。スクラムの理解をもとに、スクラムを利用して、単一もしくは複数のスクラムチームと周りの環境をガイド、コーチ、教育、ファシリテーションする
- ステークホルダー
