It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

アジャイルリーダーシップとは、変化の速い環境でアジャイルマニフェストの価値に従いながら、ほかの人の判断を導く方法である。スクラムは、組織をアジリティの観点で最適化し、既存の文化をアジャイルの価値に沿うように変革するのを助けるフレームワークだ。スクラムの創始者たちは、アジャイルマニフェストの共同作成者でもある。
スクラムフレームワークは、最低限のルール、作成物、そして3つの役割のリーダーシップ責務を定めている。
