Managing a group of people that most probably never met face to face or who have never spoken to one another personally is a leadership challenge. However, you can apply the same recommendations as were indicated previously, plus some little changes, that we will cover now:
- Create a webpage or FB group or any other online idea you have only for your team--where every member of the team can have a personal profile.
- Every week or fortnight have a virtual meet and greet to help everyone get to know one another as individuals.
- Have a team charter with the goals and expectations of the team, with an organogram so everyone knows each other's role as well as processes for submitting work digitally.
