I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The leader of the future, especially in the IT domain, is someone who needs special competencies. His technical knowledge is not enough to help him to success in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous world, where the rate of change of the average lifespan of an organization went from the 75 years to 18 years, where the advances in technology, moreover the convergence of several devices in only one with the same utilities, is rampant.
