The Delete key is located on the upper-right of the main body of keys. You might hear people refer to it as the Backspace key because it used to be called such. The name was changed to “Delete” long ago because that’s really what it does—whatever character is to the left of the “insertion point” will be deleted as you “backspace” over it. In applications, whatever item is selected will be removed when you hit the Delete key. |
