So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Web Browsers
To see web pages, you need special software that can display them. It’s just like anything else on your Mac—if you want to crunch a bunch of numbers, you need spreadsheet software; if you want to write a letter, you need a word processor; if you want to view web pages, you need a browser. A browser is simply the software that displays web pages.
Along with your Mac operating system software you got a browser, called Microsoft Internet Explorer. It’s not the only browser in the world, though, and some people to use another.
