So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Search Tools
Once you know how to use your browser and start surfing, you’ll quickly run up against this problem: There are over a billion web pages out there. How do you find the one you want? You find it with a search tool, often referred to as a search engine. You don’t have to buy or install search tools—they are just on the web, like any of the other web pages. But they are different from other web pages in that you can type in the names of subjects you want to find, and the search tool will look for it.
Oh, there is so much to tell you about search tools, but that’s not the purpose of this book. I can only tell you a couple of important points, and you will have to move on from there.
