I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Desktop Colors, Patterns, or Pictures
You can change the background of your Desktop. Apple provides several collections of images for you, from solid colors to nature scenes to wild abstract graphics. Or you can use any graphic you have on your computer as a background. You might want to use your favorite holiday photo, a family portrait, or your daughter’s kindergarten handprint.
If you have images outside of your computer and don’t know yet how to get them inside, have a friend help you. Once an image is “digitized,” or turned into a digital image so the computer can handle it, put the image in your Pictures folder, which is in your Home. Then follow the directions below to use it as a background.
