I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
PC Slots and PC Cards
Most laptop computers, as well as other devices like digital cameras, have PC slots into which you slip PC cards. You might have heard these slots and cards referred to as PCMCIA, but that term is now limited to the association itself (the Personal Computer Memory Card International Association) and the cards and slots are simply called PC cards and slots.
PC cards are really little, as small as credit cards or half a stick of gum. There are a variety of PC cards for a variety of purposes. You can get cards for a cellular phone interface, Ethernet, global positioning system, hard drive, joystick, memory, modem, sound input and output, video capture, and much more.
