Collect Files to Print Later

It’s possible to put a bunch of documents in a queue, then print those jobs later, like during lunch. Just open the Print Center, open the Jobs window, and click the icon to “Stop Jobs.” Yes, you are stopping the queue before you even begin to print. Open each of your documents and tell them to print; you might get the message shown to the left, which sounds like they are going to print. They’re not. Later, click the “Start Jobs” icon in the Jobs window and the files will print in the order you sent them.
