Evaluate all interim and final deliverables using criteria consistent with the terms of the contract and the statement of work finalized during source selection. Include contracted work in your project performance reporting.

Note any deviations from the contract requirements, such as timing, accuracy, or quality. Work with the supplier to resolve them, or at least minimize their impact on the project. If resolution proves beyond your control, promptly move to problem escalation.
