Measure Results

Measure the results obtained using the new process, and compare them with the original process baseline and your improvement goals. If the goals have been met and there are no significant unintended consequences, close the project.

If your changes fail to meet the goals or the new process displays unacceptable consequences, analyze the situation and fix the process using further changes, revert to the old process, or try again with a new process improvement project.
