On a single list, capture all your tasks and activities. If you use a paper list, maintain it as long as possible on the same sheet by adding new items at the bottom and drawing a single line through completed tasks. Rewrite the list only when you run out of space or the majority of the list is crossed out. If you maintain your list electronically, ensure that open items are rolled forward day by day. A clear item description, including the deliverable(s)
Priority of the work
Expected start and target completion
Actual completion date
