So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Social networking features in SharePoint Server 2010 have been greatly enhanced since SharePoint Server 2007, including:
• Content rating: Users can rate documents and content throughout SharePoint sites and ratings can be cumulatively displayed on home pages of sites, for example, “Highest Rated Documents” or “Favorite SAMS Books.” Ratings are stored as metadata and can be sorted, filtered, and queried.
